Why rent holiday villas in Spain

Something we are always asked is "Why should I rent in Spain and not book a package holiday", well there are lots of reasons and here are just a few that visitors to the Villa holidays website have told us:

Remember, the owner of this holiday home has invested lots of time and money into their home and therefore will know pretty much all there is to know about the property and surrounding area. The owners will be able to provide help about the area, what to do and where to go, supermarkets, the best restaurants, the best bars, what's available for teenagers close-by, where to get the cheapest and best hire car, what's the best way to get there for example the nearest airport and the cheapest flights. No doubt the owner has made the trip that you are planning many many times, so you know you're going to get the best advice and better advice than a travel agent could give out of a brochure.
