This 2-bedroom Villa has been recently completely refurbished and equipped and now has a modern stylish feel, it is situated on a very quiet urban street, yet within 5 minutes to resort centre and access down to the beach. There is Air Con , Safe, Smoke Alarm, Fire Extinguisher, Sky tv, etc. In order to keep the prices low, we have fitted the air con with a timer which means it works with 1 euro coins and gives you 2 hours of air con. This way we dont have to put money on top of the rent to cover for the air con, you can use it to your own discretion.
